National Unicorn Day History
National Unicorn Day celebrates one of the most popular mythical creatures in the world. Although the origin of this observance is unknown, the origin of Unicorns isn’t. The mythological animal is represented by the image of a horse with a horn on its forehead. The unicorn originated from artworks in the early Mesopotamia and from ancient myths of China and India. The National Unicorn Day occurs every year on April 9th.
