We have updated our privacy policy by adopting this notice to make sure that you are aware how your personal data is processed for advertising and marketing purposes and you know what rights you have with regard to your personal data used in this context. This notice applies to your personal data collected through the website/application available at www.WinCalendar.com and the related services (collectively, the "Website").


Our compliance with applicable laws

We process your personal data for digital marketing and advertising purposes in compliance with the current applicable data protection and e-privacy laws. From what sources do we obtain personal data?
We obtain your personal data from the following categories of sources:

Storage period
Your personal data will be stored in our databases only as long as such personal data is necessary for its primary purpose. As soon as the data is no more necessary, you request us to delete your personal data, or you opt-out from our advertising and marketing campaigns and there is no other legal basis for storing your personal data (e.g., our legal obligations), we will delete your personal data from our systems in a secure manner. With regard to our Ad partner Adapex: When you use our website and enter your email address on our website (either to log in, or sign up for a newsletter, or similar), we may share with solution providers and its group companies information that we collect from you, such as your email (in hashed, pseudonymous form), IP address, or information about your browser or operating system, with any of the following, acting as “joint controllers” (as applicable and defined in the GDPR). This Site is affiliated with Adapex INC for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and Adapex INC will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. Security measures In order to keep your personal data safe and secure, we implement organisational and technical information security measures. They allow us to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, falsification, unauthorised access, and disclosure. We use secured networks, strong passwords, encryption, firewalls, limited access to your personal data by our staff, and anonymisation of personal data. In case a serious breach occurs, we will take reasonable measures to mitigate the breach, as required by the applicable law. Our liability for any security breach will be limited to the highest extent permitted by the applicable law. For your security and protection we do not have access to credit card / bank or payment source for WinCalendar license purchases. Customer emails are used to send license ID codes on purchasing and for support purposes. We do not send unsolicited emails to customers. For customers wishing updates we post info to our Google+ page.

Any files and personal info submitted by the User during support requests are never shared with outside parties. Such files are used for support purposes only. We do not outsource support. We do not use Customer files for advertising without customer approval.

Protection of WinCalendar Software Customer Order Data

We are provided with Customers (who purchase WinCalendar software) data from our payment processors which includes: email address, IP address, Name and sometimes mailing address. We provide reasonable technical safeguards to protect your order data. We limit access to your order data to our Employees who specicifcally need access (for customer support). All customer data is maintained on secure servers that require encrypted file transfer protocol and are password protected.
