World Youth Skills Day History

World Youth Skills Day seeks to emphasize the importance of engaging young people in the workforce. This day encourages teaching the youth the skills they will need to successfully manage evolving challenges. It hopes to prepare them with the resilience to adapt to future disruptions.

World Youth Skills Day was established in 2014 by the UN General Assembly. It is observed annually on July 15th.
