National Redhead Day History
National Redhead Day aims to show support for redheads. This day encourages redheads to be themselves and to feel happy about their unique hair color. National Redhead Day was started in 2015 by redhead sisters Adrienne and Stephanie Vendetti.
The idea for the day came four years after their website, How to be a Redhead was formed. The Vendetti sisters initially created the site to help fellow redheads discover their beauty. Eventually, National Redhead Day would be created as a way to help redheads all over the world find comfort in their red hair.
National Redhead Day is observed annually on November 5th.
