Boss's Day History
Boss’s Day seeks to recognize the bosses and supervisors of the world by showing them support and appreciation. This day aims to improve relations between bosses and employees.
Boss’s Day was first registered as a national holiday with the U.S Chamber of Commerce in 1958 by State Farm employee, Patricia Bays Haroski. It is observed annually on the 16th of October.
