⚡️ Russia keeps 2,500 Ukrainian POWs. Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk told BBC that Russia holds civilians alongside the military. On Sept. 21, Ukraine returned 215 POWs, including Azovstal defenders, from Russian captivity.
