Today the Church celebrates the #Epiphany of our Lord when we recall the Magi’s journey to worship Jesus (Matt 2.1-12), representing His coming for all people.
As the Magi actively sought Jesus, may we recommit ourselves to following Christ, letting him be our guiding light✨ https://t.co/7i0YzVvwN1
On the Feast of Epiphany, World Missionary Childhood Day is celebrated. I greet all the boys and girls who everywhere in the world are spreading the joy of being Jesus' friends, and are dedicated through prayer, sacrifice and offerings, to support the missionaries of the Gospel.
Remember they finally got there despite detours. Even if you go looking in the wrong place, or for the wrong people, may you then find God in the most unexpected of places & people & may the encounter send you home rejoicing by an entirely unexpected route. #Epiphany #Magi https://t.co/79yIkXDojv
👸🫅 Today we celebrate Epiphany Day! The custom in France is to share a Galette des Rois - King's cake, a delicious puffed pastry cake in which is hidden a porcelain lucky charm called fève.

On 6 January, the people of Greece celebrate Epiphany, the Blessing of the Waters.
This religious tradition is observed every year at waterfronts all over Australia. This photograph from our Dardalis Archives captures the ceremony in Frankston in the early 1950s. https://t.co/2ysaxhRHYo
