Today is Gold Star Mothers & Families day. A day to set aside for their fallen heroes. Your loved ones are never forgotten rip heroes.
It began during World War I with a simple accessory worn to represent a loved one who died in the war: a black armband with a gilt star. Today, we recognize Gold Star Mothers and Families Day by remembering our fallen servicemembers and honoring the families they left behind.
