K-Days festival is back in Edmonton and celebrating its 145th anniversary! Thank you to everyone who came out to the reception last night. It was a pleasure to kick off the festivities with you all.

Did you know the ‘K’ in K-Days came from the word Klondike? Yes, it used to be Klondike Days & folks would dress up as pioneers & prospectors from the heyday of the gold rush. #YEG was the “Gateway to the North” for those seeking fame & fortune. I don’t know why it ever changed. Show more
