@jeanne_vitale @MotherJones Burning coal and gas kills around 25x more people than Chernobyl did, but every single day. Plus climate change on top of that. The few accidents that have happened aren't actually that deadly. Radiation from Fukushima killed no one, for example.

@MichaelKogan14 @Benfitz77 @AlecStapp Chernobyl was a faulty reactor, run by corrupt officials and government, with a disastrous and criminal emergency response. A situation like Chernobyl would never happen with modern reactors in modern day Germany.
