@PrasharSdp Same faced in Jingtang china. We paid 25 dollars per head to go out..agent took the money and disappeared!! Didnt even come for departure formalities. Multiple mails by the master were ignored! Europe and canada are a bliss. You actually feel welcome as a seafarer.
