In the capital Prague, the Wenceslas Square with his statue is named after him, known as the site of many historic events. Today is the Feast of St Wenceslaus, the subject of the "Good King Wenceslaus" carol for St Stephen's day. This saint wasn't a king at all but a Duke of Bohemia (modern day Czech Republic) and martyr.
