LT Frank Monroe Brown, Jr. of Tunkhannock, PA. was declared MIA on this day in 1966 in Vietnam. He was enlisted with the US Navy and served with the VF-151, CVW-15, USS Constellation, TF 77, 7th Fleet. We will never forget you, brother. Show more
