.@MattJcan Fossil Fuel subsidies in Australia are $29 billion. If say, 1/2 go to coal that's $14.5 billion. Coal employs 38,000 people. Therefore each coal employee costs $381,500 to keep employed (not including their actual pay). Seems like a bargain. NOT. #auspol https://t.co/zWR2Od7IRI
